How to be happy

Enjoy the little things in life. Look in the mirror and smile. Be yourself, be comfortable, smile. Hug your parents, hug your family, your little sibling, your friends, maybe even yourself. Look outside and see the seasons changing. You're changing with the seasons. You'll look back on yourself in a few years and see yourself smiling, being happy and doing the things you love to do. Go for it, be happy, smile to yourself and don't let anyone or anything bother you!

My life values

Music, the weather, myself, love, friends, family, freetime.

What does happiness means to me?

Happiness means being happy with myself, realizing I do this for myself and not for anyone else. Being able to be happy on my own, while being (not physically) surrounded by friends and loved ones. Enjoying the little things, like the weather and smiling while cycling home in the rain. That is happiness.

What does well-being means to me?

Satisfaction is feeling arms hugging your body, friends, family, lover. Satisfaction is feeling the raindrops on your bare skin. Satisfaction is nailing a difficult test. Satisfaction is within you, within yourself, within others. It's within life, from whatever's above or beneath us.
