Romi about happiness

quote „Smile. “

How to be happy

I have no method. The level of happiness depends on many different things, it differs from person to person, from one day to another. But I think the key is to find happiness in details and to stay positive. To realize it's actually great that the sun is shining today. Maybe this is great today, but for some reason it won't be enough to make you happy tomorrow - but maybe a smile from a colleague will. At least for a while, until you find happiness in another thing. It doesn't need to be a lifelong happiness, but all these short moments of happiness count. A person who claims to be 100% happy all the time is... at least very weird, but most probably lying.

I also heard a smile is proved to raise the level of happiness not only for those whom you smile to, but also for the person who smiles. There's a thing with some kind of happy hormones being awakened by the movement of your lips and face when you smile... or something like that :))
