What does happiness means to me?
Happiness is when you feel the real joy and you so want to share this with someone you care, someone you like, someone you love.

when something you been hoping for and it really happened when something you were not expected to happen, but in the end it gives you a positive surprise.

A new challenge comes to two of us, we together face the challenge, embrace and overcome it together.

My daily routine
Exercise is a good way for me to keep up my inner energy with external energy, it makes me feel fresh and think positively about things.
I then can pass on this positive energy to other people, seeing them with happiness, the reflection is a benefit for myself - I also feel the happiness.
